DAAD In-Country/ In-Region Scholarships

IC IR Scholarship Meeting, Nairobi, 28 Oct 2022

EMoS Applicants and Students invited to apply

NM-AIST with its MSc EMoS Programme applied successfully to partner with the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) In-country / In-region programme as host institution for three intakes (2023 – 2025) as reported earlier. On 28 October, Professor Kisangiri Michael, CENIT@EA leader, and Dr Mussa Ally, Dean of COCSE and Deputy CENIT@EA Leader, attended the Networking Meeting for new partner institutions organized by the DAAD Regional Office in Nairobi. The aim of the meeting was to connect with other partner universities in the region and to discuss implementation details of the scholarship programme. In an official act at the end of the event, the partnership agreement was signed by the Director of DAAD Nairobi and handed over.

CENIT@EA together with the DAAD are looking forward to working together in the coming years and hope to support successful scholarship holders in the MSc EMoS Programme and accompany them on their academic careers.
